HATS: The boogie man

This is an old doodle page but I like it a lot so I'm gonna post it here -w-

I really didn’t want to post any characters yet until he is mentioned in the HATS webcomic but I like this guy, he’s fun to draw :,D

This is Blake, he’s a ‘Boogie Man’ (another term in the city for general monsters) he’s one of the more powerful and the most terrifying of the agents. It is a good thing he is not with the bad guys, no one knows what he looks like under his coat, and that’s probably for the best (because I never designed what he looked like hahhhhh). He enjoys watching black and white movies with his wife and 4 cats.
