Personality: Flirtatious and very confident; They will definitely just walk up to someone and ask if they've seen his head around. Although he's may seem very outgoing, they gets very flustered and easily embarrassed, totally throws his game off. 

History: Rohan, back in they wizard academy days, was a straight A student and bragged about it. They used to be very cocky since he was at the top of his classes. His cockiness all backfired on him after he was out of school. He bragged unknowingly to a witch hunter and they put him under a curse instead of killing them off. After many years of concentration, he managed to break part of the curse to escape, unfortunately it cost a heavy price. Literally his head. Still, it was better than nothing. He managed to find this small town as a safe haven for now, he plans on leaving when he finally breaks this curse fully...and find his head.

(The curse was suppose to keep him under a coma and avoid using any magic; now he can't use many dangerous magics without those chains getting heavy and dragging his hands to the floor. He uses them rarely, however, defensive magic is fine for him.)
